As a member of our clientś team, you will be responsible for providing effective technology solutions to both internal and external clients. This includes answering calls and emails in a professional and timely manner, investigating and resolving user issues, and coordinating with external providers as needed.
In addition, you will be responsible for setting up new hires with the necessary technology tools, collaborating with other departments and technology teams, and completing relevant projects and tasks.
You will work independently and remotely with minimal supervision, and may need to travel to client locations on occasion. Your attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills will be critical in ensuring proper documentation and recording within our systems.
