Join our pension fund real estate management client as a Data Scientist/Power BI professional, and take charge of shaping their commercial and strategic decisions in the real estate market. You’ll have the opportunity to work in collaboration with internal teams and external consultants, analyzing and supporting business opportunities and strategy development.
Your key responsibilities will include real estate market analysis, developing modeling capabilities, quantifying and communicating long-term scenarios, and supporting project development teams. We’re looking for a young professional with strong expertise in analysis, data science, and systems analysis. Knowledge of Power BI and modeling software is a plus, and prior project development experience is preferred.
