Vacancy: RPO Recruiter Contactor Jakarta Indonesia

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success with end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.

The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator, able to build relationships quickly with hiring managers, understand their needs in detail, and develop creative solutions to any problems that arise. They must also be skilled at dealing with a range of stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand the purpose and scope of their recruitment needs.

Source suitable candidates for positions using various methods including job boards, social media, networking events and other techniques as appropriate.

Screen applicants against the role’s requirements, and arrange interviews as necessary.

Conduct detailed first-stage interviews using structured competency-based questioning techniques.

Make offers to successful candidates on behalf of the organization.

Work closely with internal teams such as HR, payroll and IT to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new starters.

Continually monitor changes in labour legislation that might affect existing or future roles within the business.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not essential

Previous experience working in recruitment or a similar position

Must have experience in conducting interviews in English

Proven track record in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Strong communication skills both written & verbal

Excellent time management skills & ability to work under pressure

This is a contract recruitment role. working remotely from your own office in Indonesia or our WeWork Jakarta office. Projects are executed for EU and GCC clients.
