We are looking for a highly motivated Service Manager to join our team at a leading Dutch SAP company. The Service Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding client contracts with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand client contracts by providing regular service reports and developing functional communication channels with clients.
- Oversee project implementation ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company and the client organization to provide efficient and effective services.
- Develop, train, and mentor service delivery teams, ensuring a good balance of technical, functional, and domain knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices such as ITIL related to service management.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify and pursue business growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with a minimum of 5 years experience in service management.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP and ITIL practices.
- Excellent Dutch communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural and multi-national environment.
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to lead an effective and engaged team.
