Our client t is a rapidly growing provider of global BPO and IT delivery services.
• They are expanding fast in their Agile practice and are in search for a Director with a proven track record in the UAE.
• The Director will be responsible for Project Planning and Management, Team Management, Product Owner Support, Process Management and Improvement, as well as Team Building.
• He/she should have a solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with different agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum or Kanban; experience overseeing multi-function project teams; balanced business/technical background; strong analytical skills; ability to manage competing demands.
