Our Client is looking for a Service Manager to join their newly formed Platforms team within a real estate portfolio management division of two pension funds. The team’s mission is to create a IT roadmap for two pension funds who recently merged their real estate portfolio management that align with providing customers with exceptional experiences. As the Service Manager you will report to the interim Programme Manager real estate portfolio management and be responsible for developing governance strategies, planning, and overall operations management. The ideal candidate will have experience working in ICT and/or service management for real estate and is adaptable to change and focused on delivering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead organizational change to embed key programs and provide consultation to the Leadership and Executive Leadership teams.
- Manage external vendors and partners.Manage the Governance cycle to promote accountability, diligence, and ensure all commitments align with the strategy.
- Identify opportunities to bridge gaps in costs, strategic programs, and guest/partner performances.
- Communicate the vision to stakeholders while building consensus and alignment among cross-functional teams.
- Implement and coordinate key strategies with clear accountability for each dependency.
- Define the scope, structures, and designs for Governance strategies for real estate portfolio management
Key Skills:
- Experience in creating shared or multi-tenant platform real estate models to maximize benefits and optimise costs.
- Able to coach and mentor resources to ensure adherence to the models.
Capable of developing business cases, implementation plans, and knowledge transfer to support project execution. - Strong business acumen and program/project management skills.
Highly capable of leading across different teams while mitigating risks and dependencies. - Independent and self-motivated with an eye for detail.
- Expertise in working with key real estate portfolio management platforms and a strong process excellence approach.
- Dutch language at professional / native level
