As our Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding client contracts with amazing communication and collaboration skills. Your role will include overseeing project implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing and mentoring service delivery teams that balance technical, functional, and domain knowledge. You’ll need to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, as well as identify and pursue business growth opportunities.

Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with a minimum of 5 years experience in service management. You should also have knowledge of SAP and ITIL practices, excellent Dutch communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Proven leadership skills and experience managing effective and engaged teams are also a must.
